How it Works
Amanda empowers her clients to reach their full potential. Her coaching style focuses on courage, leadership, and self-empowerment. She works with her clients to identify their biggest professional and personal goals, and challenges them to push themselves beyond their comfort zone to achieve them.
Coaching bridges the gap between where a person is today and where they want to be in the future. The coaching process is creative and there is no one-size-fits-all solution to any client's problems. Each session focuses on a particular topic (brought by the client) and uses powerful, thought-provoking questions to inspire transformation.
In her coaching, Amanda focuses on the whole person and helps inspire courageous transformation.

Through our work together you gain a greater understanding of what drives you, what you are working towards, what is holding you back, and what you are truly capable of. We co-create a coaching program that helps you achieve your goals, holds you accountable to yourself, and empowers you to take courageous action.
